Antique Handmade Intensely Pyrographed Triangular Box with Woman Wearing Cross modern folk art I am doubtful this isI pass by a lot of old pyrographed boxes as the imagery tends to be fairly repetitive, but this one is its own special thing unusual in its triangular shape, intensely decorated with tiny pin prick marks all over, and with this lovely portrait of a woman with cross on top, looking herself intense in her devotion, which makes me think perhaps the box was made to hold a rosary.
