Distillation and filling was on the 28th of February 2007 before maturation in an American oak bourbon barrel, #3112. The cask was then selected by Macallan whisky maker Polly Logan before bottling on the 2nd of September 2019 at a robust 64. 6% abv. An extremely rare, attractive collectable single malt that is one of only 226 bottles. Discover
