Matured in an ex sherry butt for 11 years then bottled at a cask strength of 55. 2% abv in Spring 2021. Aromas of white chocolate and cola bottles are followed by a palate offering notes of fruit cake, honey glazed ham and ginger bread loaf. This cask strength whisky is one of just 600 bottles.
